Ascend to GOHO and be transported into a cosy space celebrating contemporary Kaiseki cuisine & Japanese cocktails; with the aim of highlighting the 5 culinary techniques of Japanese cuisine - Nama (Cutting); Niru (Simmering); Yaku (Grilling); Musu (Steaming); and Ageru (Deep-Frying).

Perch up at the Kaiseki counter (the best seats in the house) to savour our seasonal kaiseki menu alongside an expertly curated beverage pairing, or join us at the lounge for a round of exquisitely crafted cocktails made by our award-winning cocktail bar team.
